CT Dems Chair on passing of Nancy Wyman

"Nancy Wyman was a giant in Connecticut politics. A dedicated Democrat, who said she came to politics by accident, and a fiercely loyal friend. She crossed the political aisle in friendship, but was an unwavering champion of Democratic causes and candidates. She cared as much for friends, staff and constituents as her colleagues, remembering every birthday, every anniversary and every family member. She relentlessly traveled Connecticut as Comptroller, Lieutenant Governor, and state party Chair, bringing an unparalleled energy to political gatherings. Connecticut is a far better place for her and far less joyful with her passing. We extend our deepest condolences to Mike and the Wyman family.”
