Executive Director Sarah Locke is a political veteran who most recently served as Campaign Manager for Rosa DeLauro’s re-election to Congress from Connecticut’s third district. In 2018, she managed Jorge Cabrera’s campaign for Connecticut state senate and was a field organizer for Chris Mattei’s statewide run for Attorney General. She is also a member of the Woodbridge DTC.

Active with many Connecticut community organizations, Locke is on the advisory board of Equality CT and has volunteered for Planned Parenthood of Southern New England, Integrated Immigrant and Refugee Services (IRIS), New Haven Rising / UNITE HERE, and others.  Locke was born and raised in Connecticut and lives in Woodbridge.

Digital Director David Kostek was born and raised in Connecticut. He got his start in campaigning as a volunteer working to re-elect Rep. Jim Himes. David continued to work as a communications staffer for the congressman and joined his local Democratic Town Committee. In 2018, he served as New Media Director for Ned Lamont’s successful gubernatorial campaign. David is a graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology.
